We had a great experience. Our sales rep was John. Are credit was not good at all but he helped us and we left with a car we like and afford. Only thing I would suggest is having snacks. Vending machines for example. The wait can be long because it's a very detailed process. Besides that everything was very good.

I would like to thank Norma and her son for This car buying experience ! It was so welcoming and trustworthy every employee that I came into contact with Had great interpersonal and communication skills And excellent customer service skills instead of scamming me hiding clauses or not telling me information they had me watch a video. That explained everything. They gassed my car up and no Check engine light was on the dashboard , I was honest with what I had and they found me something in my budget ! I would recommend 1000 times , maybe the experiance was better because a woman was in charge ! I’m not sure but I am so thankful for Norma , her son and her team
